At 'YogaBirth with Lauren' pregnancy yoga classes, we focus on practising yoga that will help you adapt to your changing, pregnant body. We practise postures to improve strength and mobility which will help prepare you for childbirth. Practising regular yoga will allow you to create space for the baby and encourage the baby into a good position for birth. As well as exercise, pregnancy yoga also provides elements of restoration and relaxation. Practising breathing exercises will allow the energy to flow within the body, releasing tension and harmonising the connection between the mind and body. Attending pregnancy yoga classes can promote health and wellbeing, which in turn creates a positive attitude towards childbirth.
